Our core-filled foam fence is a lightweight yet robust panel system where a high-density foam core is encapsulated for strength and insulation. The solid-filled construction delivers excellent acoustic performance, dampening traffic and neighbourhood noise while presenting a clean, modern finish. It is fast to install, low maintenance and ideal for boundary walls where sound reduction and a tidy appearance both matter.
It has the look of an expensive block fence without the cost, weight or ongoing maintenance. And being a foam block, it will never crack or move and last a lifetime.
The Core-Filled version can be curved, straight or any shape you want so let your imagination run wild! And unlike other fences, this one can retain dirt up to 1.2m making it very versatile.
Tilt-Up Foam Fence with Steel External Frame
The tilt-up foam fence combines a foam panel body with a rigid steel external frame, giving you added structural strength for taller walls and more exposed sites.
The steel framework carries the load while the foam core provides meaningful acoustic insulation, making this system a strong choice for commercial boundaries, car parks and areas needing extra durability without sacrificing noise control.
Tilt-Up fences are easy to install - simply dig 2 holes, drop the pre-fabricated frame in and concrete the legs in.
Then render the exterior to your preferred look and you are done!
FrameForm Steel & Cement Sheet Fence
Our FrameForm system pairs a Aluzinc Steel Frame with durable silica sheet cladding to create a solid, long-lasting acoustic barrier.
Built for heavy-duty applications, boundary fences, commercial perimeters, it offers outstanding resistance to weather, impact and fire, and delivers strong sound attenuation for busy roads, industrial sites and infrastructure projects.

It can also be core-filled with rock-wool or Aircrete to provide a highly acoustic fence product.
